Valentina Bellanova
Valentina Bellanova is a musician from Florence, a virtuous of ancient and traditional wind instruments. In her enchanting solo performance "Wind & Drum", the diverse possibilities of the flutes, the neys and other wind instruments such as duduk, hulusi, overtone flute, whistles, shamanic flute, are unfolded in connection with loops, effect pedals and percussion.
The program consists of a colorful musical mosaic of meditative and mystical sounds: from medieval to contemporary, from north to south. Traditional pieces and own compositions live together in the same frame and create a magical, timeless atmosphere.
