Mando & Gilbert
Mando & Gilbert are a unique duo which catches the attention with its wide instrumental diversity. Gilbert Trefzger plays a variety of string instruments, including steel guitar and electric oud (arabic lute), while using different effects and organ pedals with his feet. His partner, Daniel Mandolini is an international beatbox master. With the use of his mouth and a loopstation he generates danceable patterns live on the spot. Together Mando & Gilbert play an exciting instrumental music, which draws from genres such as hip hop, rock, oriental electro and country music.
